Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services
Once confirmed, reservations for services are generally non-refundable, especially during peak seasons. Cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of any deposit or prepayment made.

Partial Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled service or check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund of the booking amount.
• Any cancellation fees incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
• For cancellations within 14 days of the service date, refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact us at kasthurihos@yahoo.com and provide your booking reference along with the reason for cancellation. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after the request.

Airport Transfer and Extra Services

• Airport transfers and additional services requested are non-refundable once confirmed.
